Lacking integrity. The maintenance intake personnel disregarded my mechanical issue due to the fact I am a female. I am a new customer to this dealer as I recently made a new purchase. The tire pressure warning light came on, they filled the tires, reset the light, once I got home, the sensor light came on again. This happened twice. After the second time I brought my vehicle to an independent reputable garage and was told I had a bad sensor. Upon this diagnosis I returned to the dealer a third time, and my concern was dismissed. I was told, that "if it is a sensor, it has to fault completely. Until then there's nothing we can do because we do not know which sensor it is and we can't replace all of them to find the bad one"...,"If it is EVEN a sensor ma'am, your tire just needed air." Again, on my way home with freshly filled tires that light reappeared. Bottom line, Once they've sold you the car and you drvie off the lot, they wipe their hands clean of you. I will not purchase my next honda from them.

Wonderful experience buying a car at Honda of Plymouth (Tufankjian Honda)! Sales associate Paul Hickey was extremely competent and personable, careful to ask my opinion and preferences throughout the process. Paula Stinn was prompt in answering my questions when I was browsing online, and helpful in arranging an appointment to evaluate my trade. All in all, the best car-buying experience in many years!

From Shannon in the Internet sales to Marion salesman the team here were very dedicated to keeping me informed on the vehicle I wanted. Their price is upfront and very fair, considering today’s market. Shannon is very communicative and Marion was super friendly and not pushy. If you want an upfront honest deal( do your homework first of course) Honda of Plymouth is the way to go. They will continue to earn my business well after the sale, even though there are closer dealerships. Thank you both for a pleasant experience
