Sham of a company. The woman who works at the front desk is unbelievably rude and when I asked for the manager to mention she was rude the managers response was “well that’s your opinion.” I am calling the attorney general for unfair treatment and asking that an investigation is highly considered.

A car that i previously owned that was totaled in February of 2021 was ticketed in your county with my name and the plates that have sat on a new vehicle in my driveway since March. Make that make sense?? So your officers pulled the vin and attached plates that are registered to a different vehicle and wrote a ticket. Never seen like this in my life!

Entered my plate (which is a vanity plate with a "-" in it) into the website as told. Got a ticket for not paying for parking, which is under my license plate without the "-" in it. Was told that "they cannot enter dashes into their system" which is a great system when users ARE able to do so. So which license plate are we supposed to put in? The real one, or the one without dashes so that they can "enter it into their devices"? I guess you have to just guess and hope you don't get a ticket like I did.
