I mean, it's a dump. I feel weird writing a review for a dump. But here we are. As far as other dumps and transfer stations go, this one is pretty nice. Easy to drive around in, everything is clearly marked and maintained. The workers are all nice, and I've never had an issue. Every once and awhile they have free dirt, in a pile near the exit. I don't know where it comes from, but my flowers love it. So yeah. 5/5 Stars. Would dump again.

The old man that runs the place is the man! TRUMP 2020!

The transfer station is very well laid out. Even on busy days you can get through there fairly quickly.

You pay for weight and you pay separate for a mattress and box spring. I believe they are $25 each plus $15 min weight
$168 annual fee to the town plus cost of those orange town trash bags.
Yes,there is a charge
Your best bet is to call town hall. Last time my brother in-law used my truck to go to transfer station I got fine 50 dollars and all he did was ask a question and dropped off nothing.
If you take the box spring apart, you can put the soft stuff in a couple regular orange bags, put the springs in the metal pile at the dump, and save the wood to burn in your fireplace (or use for whatever).
Large bags are $5.50 for a package of 6.
