Said they had no access point to my house at 5:12 pm to deliver a package (my glasses). Mail came at 1....so they prob forgot the package altogether with the rest of the mail. But instead of being honest they lie on the tracking app and say we have no access point for them to reach the property. (Unfenced property, front doorstep always available, mailbox available on sidewalk). Guess I won't see today. Thanks 👍

Tony.... is just the worst. I know it's the post office, but this crew couldn't be any less helpful. Took two managers before they could find and provide our package, after three unnecessary trips to this location, the Staff argued about their issues of misscommunication, in front of patrons, as if it's our problem to solve. Not sure what a rating will do, since it's not like we really have a choice in post offices, but figured anyone getting ready to deal with this place should be prepared for the epitome of "not my problem" attitudes and "service".... the overall rating didn't get three stars on accident.

Sent a package to grandchildren and post office returned it to sender .Stated address does not exist. They need to map quest it. It does exist. Unable to speak with anyone at post office.

I got a notice in the mail box on Saturday April 28, 2017 stating there were sorry they miss me. The mail carrier never got out of the truck I was not only home but could see me at the window. I need to sign for the letter. I called the post office on Monday May 1st to have letter sent to me on Tue. Never got it. I called again on Wednesday the person who answered said she was sorry but the manager never told the driver about the letter and it will be there on Thursday. Guess what? Today is Thursday and the mail has already been here and I been home waiting. Now they won't answer the phone; got a message that they could call me back in 42 min to an hour. I told them this letter is very important that's its from the D.O.R. THEY DON'T CARE!
