I had an appointment for TSA precheck. I waited a half hour past my appointment time. People in front of me DID NOT have an appointment times and it says online that if you have an appointment, you will be prioritized. That’s a lie. Christian (the employee doing the prechecks) wrote down that i was late for my appointment saying I was 30 minutes late??? I made it a point to say that I had an appointment and the manager said “it didn’t matter, it’s the same line” Save yourself the time, go somewhere else. This was a poor reflection of staples.

Just called to speak with the printing services desk and when I finally got them on the phone I asked about laminating services I asked if they still offer them and the woman on the phone said "uh-huh bye" I tried to ask a brief follow up question and she cut me off and said "bye" . I tried calling back to the store to maybe speak to the manager and couldn't get through to anyone else.

I went in this evening to ship a tee shirt to NY. It was packed in a small bubble mailer. The woman behind the counter clearly was still learning how to ship and had questioned another associate. I was told the cheapest was a little under $23.00. What??? I've shipped from here many times in the past and couldn't believe the cost quoted. I asked her to ask another associate for help. The other associate said, " yes, that's what it says." I stated something must be wrong. They suggested I go the post office. Someone needs to check into this. Not sure if it's just this location, but it seems to be going downhill, everywhere from trained and friendly staff to less product and higher prices. Sad to see this happen to a once great company! Update: I went to the Post Office. Cost: $4.30
