Love this beach. The views are amazing. Some parts can get really rocky though, especially as the tide goes out. Street parking is sticker only though, so it can get tricky to plan a trip

One of my Favs! Beautiful beach, super clean and fun. Crowds are definitely manageable. Sometimes parking can be a pain, but overall fine.

I am not sure why people are putting this beach down so much. Is the beach rocky? Yes. Is it clear white tropical sand? No. Does it have water and is it private? Yes. So why complain!?

Residents buy a pass for $50
It's honestly pretty doubtful. That whole neighborhood is littered with signs. They might have dates on them, I can't remember. Your best bet would be to get in touch with the town rec dept
