The Plymouth and Brockton bus line is a scam. I paid for 3 tickets and though the website never mentioned expiration dates, evidently they were on my tickets once they were printed. I bought the tickets 2 months ago, and they won't honor or refund the tickets. Buyer beware!

Taken P&B a few times to visit family on the Cape and only had good experiences. Probably the best bus service I've ever used. Clean and cool busses that have been on schedule. Friendly passengers, rarely crowded. This isn't like Greyhound anarchy, lol. Since tickets can be used for any date/time and they run hourly (or more) most of the day, there's no stress because if you miss your planned departure time you just catch the next one 30-60 minutes later.

Long time rider/customer shocked at how things have gone downhill. In March I got screamed at by the bus driver in Logan as wifi was blocked being in the terminal and I hadn't bought my ticket online yet. I totally forgot till my plane landed they had to be bought online. Was cutting it close making the last bus out so didn't want to buy tickets if I missed the bus. Bus was really late arriving (thought I missed it) but it finally came and I immediately started my purchase....then internet was choppy. This guy screamed at me in front of everyone. Finally said I had to get off at Terminal E and either get wifi service or leave the bus but thankfully the purchase went thru before. That's fine but did he really have to be so abusive and cause a scene? All the drivers have been nothing but pleasant and helpful in the past. Now went to book airport trip again with 2 round trip tix from Rockland. $72 which is way up but understandable w/gas prices...what isn't understandable is a $24 processing fee? That's more than the price of one ticket. Thanks but no thanks I'll take the Logan Express who charges $0.00 for processing online orders. 2 people can take the bus (with better scheduling) and park for 8 days for less than what P&B cost with this fee attached. I know you got all new buses during Covid but I'd like to know exactly what these fees entail. Not the customer's fault you make them buy online
