No they are not..just like chik-fla they are not open because some people have religous worships or they just want the day off and some people have another job and other reasons like maby they have a kid. If you look at the front of each door of the library, they have the hours.
They are making copies for you free of charge at this time. They open at 10 o'clock. They will be reopening on Tuesday to the public, then you will have to pay for copies
It's not difficult. Plenty of free parking nearby.
