I had an awful experience before COVID, at another salon and haven’t had a haircut since. On a whim, with wild mid-back length hair, I made an appmt and was randomly assigned Sydney as my stylist. Absolutely amazing job. I can’t thank her enough. I feel like a new person. She took her time. She went the extra mile. I won’t go anywhere else. -Erica

I just had an appointment with Haley this morning in the Plymouth Salon. She was very friendly and professional. I came in with color that was over processed and dry. I needed a lift. She did an awesome job on highs and low lights. Loved the glaze treatment as well. I feel very happy about my self now. My Husband’s response was WOW. Haven’t heard that for awhile. Thank you Haley.

Do not bother! After waiting 45 minutes to see a stylist for a consultation I just walked out without anyone seeming to notice or care. They clearly aren’t too concerned with getting new clients

The place itself is very clean and nice but I had an absolutely horrible experience here. I got my hair dyed blonde here. One of the colorists here (Hayley) left the bleach on my hair for too long causing my hair to fall out. I used to have thick, long hair and it’s been a year and a half and my hair is still thin and dead. I’ve tried multiple treatments, I rarely straighten my hair, I changed my whole hair routine, protein treatments etc and nothing. I reached out to this hairdresser and she simply did not believe she caused this to happen. She blamed it on heat damage which was not the case at all. I used to straighten my hair every day for years and my hair maintained it’s thickness and never fell out. I even went to a professional and she asked who did my hair and told me that they had caused my hair to fall out and told me they didn’t bleach it properly/ left bleach on too long in certain places. I do not respect someone who can not own up to their actions and admit their wrongdoing. I’ve lost all confidence in myself now due to this.
