I called to see about getting a patch in my flat that had a nail in it. I was unsure if I had bought the tire from les Schwab but was told “We offer many services as well as patching your tire even if you didn’t purchase your tire here.” I was calling 30 minutes before closing so I asked if it was still okay if I come in and was told, “As long as our doors are open you are welcome here.” After the long day I had I was treated with exceptional customer service and total patience. Thank you Travis and Kyle for being so great and for taking the time to explain everything to me.
