Hiking rent up every possible chance. Otherwise this would be a good place. I own my home but still have to pay space rent ans they are getting ridiculous ammount of space rent for not fixing the streets and not keeping up on property maintenance. Ive been here since 2003 and this management has done nothing but raise the rent.

An amazing place to live here at Desert Palms, lived here as a kid the experience was amazing once I moved out with my family, I always seem to be returning here to this place to visit family and friends and the office members have done a great job of changing the look of this place to be more pleasant. Currently, trying to buy a house here and Maria A. Is an amazing person to get me through this journey of purchasing a home at Desert Palms. She is very communicative and lets me know the smallest update, she’s a great helper.

Maria Angulo was the person who helped us! Our first experience visiting the park was crazy but Maria was nice enough to bail us out. She has been incredible throughout the process of purchasing our very first home. Communication was excellent and I would recommend anyone who is considering the park to find Maria! Thank you again and my wife and son are very excited to start our new life at Desert Palms.

I called the office inquiring about the homes here and the staff is so friendly and helpful, it really made a huge impact on my search. I’m not in the market yet but seriously considering going manufactured. Christina went so above and beyond that I’m really leaning toward Desert Palms! She knows her stuff and is just the sweetest person to chat with!
