My mom lives here The manager is terrible The maintenance is terrible. The manager and the maintenance team steal trash cans and other items from people's properties she cares nothing about the people who live there I highly suggest you live anywhere else but here. Also the manager knows nothing about the laws and manipulates billing and rent. The manager has maintenance men going around turning on the water spickets outside the mobile homes to hike up the water bill to get people to leave my mom had to lock her spicket just so people would stop messing with it it's a terrible place to live.

At sunburst you must buy the mobile home that is on the property without moving it out then you pay the rent space I believe it's about $680 for the rent separate from the utilities the mobiles that are for sale vary in price
You buy the mobile and then you pay the rent which is 460 and you also pay for your utilities
