We learned the hard way ourselves on August 16 2019 when we went to get our rental. This young man had no clue how to retrieve our reservation until a young lady step in to help in after she finished helping another customer. Then they wanted to charge us a lot more money to get a RAV 4 to accommodate the 4 of us and the luggages. Fortunately, the manager came in ro save the day. After an hour later, we were on our way from their cramped office at top of Rennausance hotel garage. However, they failed to tell us to use parking pass in the car to open the gate to leave. I have to leave my family in the car and when back to the roof to ask them how to get out. The lesson learned is to book your car rental with reputable companies with their courtesy bus to pick you up from LAX such as Enterprise, Hertz etc.
Their customer service is a joke. Numerous calls and emails and not ONE reply. They charged $150 on my credit card and we have no idea why.
Well, it didn't happen to me. It went well and fast and instruction was straight. The only thing I don't like is their business hours. This company is tiny. I guess they just started up.
