Only dropped off here. But Jesse at the counter was very curtious and seemed on the ball. Truck rentals appear to be the majority of business done here. Would rent a car from airport or another location around town if you want more variety/options

Costco members be aware that this location will bill you the whole rental cost regarles if the vehicle is return before the time stated. They dont advise you that you have to keep the car for a certain amount because you booked it trough Costco, insted they bill you the full amount. Horrible customer service.
