Unless you can talk to a manager between 8am-4pm no one can take your insurance information. So basically the fact that they’re technically “staffed” until 7pm is basically worthless

It's $40 per month, charged as $20 every other week. Yes, you need to have a debit or credit card to join. There is also the option of drawing from a Bank Account, with the Routing and Account Numbers.
