There's 5 squat racks, ample floor space even when busy, plenty of cardio machines and everything is new and well maintained. I need to give a shout out to two of my favorite Blinkers. I've been going to this location for years and no one brightens my mornings like Louisa and Elijah. Their dynamic enthusiasm and energy really is a mood lifter. Don't blink twice about giving them a raise!

They need to put a cap on how many members are allowed to workout at a time. You can’t get a good pump because you have to wait 15-20 minutes for the next machine. It’s honestly a fire hazard to have as many people as I saw today at the 125th st location.. The free weights are scattered everywhere and the gym is overall a mess because the staff does nothing but say “have a great workout”. I’ve worked at two gyms and I understand how busy it can get but that’s why the staff need to actually work and not just stand around the front desk.

It is a good gym for the price. The people that work there are nice. BUT there customer service is horrendous… They are a subscription based gym and make it VERY hard to cancel your membership. Due to covid most people were not going to the gym, they made it difficult to cancel. I followed all of their instructions but they are still trying to charge me. They also charge you to CANCEL… that is a scam within itself. Their cooperate based customer service is evil, rude and nasty.

This blink gym is pretty good. The gym equipment is up to date and I did not come across any broken equipment. I found the staff helpful and inviting. The place is not super big, but I think is offers more than enough space for people to workout. Lastly, I did not use any of the showers, but I did see shower curtains which is a plus and the bathroom was clean. Overall, this is a pretty good gym to go to.
