Literally worst customer service. I asked to cancel my membership and girl at front couldn’t tell me exact time of cancellation and responded with her manager doing this job. Moreover there is cancellation fee that they never said about when I was signing up and they said I could can cancel it any time without paying. SCAM. Whole gym itself isn’t clean space and full of outdated machines. Staff never take care of broken or malfunctioning machines which can literally harm anyone. Beware of this place it’s not worth it at all. Blink and planet fitness even more reliable lmao

This gym offers an excellent environment for those initially starting their physical journeys. There is a healthy combination of men and women that are motivated to maintaining peak physical condition. Management seems to lack care of the machines at this gym. Several machines are damaged or out of order. Staff members often engage in inappropriate relationships with other staff members or members in training programs that seem to go against gym policies and can create an uncomfortable environment for some members.

Ave Y was my introduction to Retro Fitness. Very much enjoy this location. Clean, friendly staff and enjoyable workout space. Great job guys!

Great gym, great people, only thing I would say is that the equipment need to be looked after better. Rope pull is poorly looked after to the point that it can't even be used efficiently for over 6 months. Mentioned it to the staff but it didn't get fixed.

I am very surprised b/c Blink is open already for a week and others as well on the same zip code. Besides that, no one answers email or phone calls. No posting on the web and no other information. Well, this is Brooklyn so, I am not surprised how folks have been treated.
Until 5pm
No, there aren't basketball courts, but you could play basketball in one of the private rooms if you really wanted.
I've past there 3 weeks in a row...says open...then the gates are down
They just closed down to COVID but they do operate 24/7
Not yet but they still haven't taken any money from because they weren't open because all NYC gyms stop charging people by law they can't
If you haven't used your gym membership for a year or you've moved or due to health restrictions( you must bring proof) you can cancel.
