I have been a customer for years and not even throughout the covid pandemic and being understaff was the customer service so misleading , no sure where the disconnect is or who dropped the ball but lately there is no structure .Not trying to sound condensing but i have had two occasions where i have called to confirm prescriptions were sent in by doctor young lady advises me it was just sent in to allow time . i called back 2 hours later and i was told the same thing , i reiterated the importance of my child needing her medication and was told i would receive a call or text as before to be informed and nothing . i have trusted brown for years because they have always exceeded expectations and i am very discouraged that it has recently changed .

I chose this pharmacy for the location since it's inside the doctor's offices. I have never encountered an issue until today. Worst customer service, lady at drop off counter is rude and unfriendly. They seemed like they don't want to serve you at all. I guess it's time to find another pharmacy.
