The dog trainer Angela is AMAZING. Today was our first training with my brand new dog - my German shepherd puppy. I am kinda overprotective, at least that’s what my husband says. I want my dog to have the best everything. And I was worried that the trainer would be not enough professional. But the trainer Angela is super good, super professional. I was impressed how fast she finds contact with dogs, how they listen to her. I see how dedicated she is with what she was doing. Also the information Angela gives about training is super helpful. Definitely we will keep having training sessions with this super trainer.

I was just there getting some supplies for my cat and one of the rescues caught mine and my sons attention. The lady watching for them let us in and was very cordial, she had sent me home to get my paperwork to adopt the kitty after we bonded with her for 10mins. I went to get my paperwork, by the time I came back to the store another lady with blue hair (can’t remember her name) was in the room, I guess there was a shift change. From the minute we arrived I could sense a negative vibe as she kept coming and going inside the room and not letting us in, my son knocked at least 3 times and she could clearly see us but only until about 4 mins in she decided to open the door. She was also very standoffish and just in a complete negative state. I showed her my paperwork which was my cats vaccines and my lease which only needed to state that animals are allowed in the residential. She swears that I need something besides the lease saying I can have the pet…my leasing office never gave me anything separate. I have a cat, fish and a hamster, if I wasn’t allowed to have animals I think this wouldn’t be the case but clearly I am. She did not let me adopt the cat and implied I was not correct, even tho I showed her my SIGNED lease. Terrible experience, I will never try to adopt there again, I took a leap of faith trying because I’ve heard negative things about them but now I had to see it first hand by a volunteer who would not reason except for asking me for this separate paper ON A SUNDAY.

Excellent experience. The workers are great and very friendly. We bought a hamster for our kids and some accessories for our little pet. They made me feel welcome there, very different from PetCo. At PetCo they humiliated our family and them refused to sell us a hamster.

Maybe it's because I visit during my lunch hours, but this place is always so laid back and friendly. They have a nice cat adoption area, and the people who work in the fish area really seem to know their stuff.
