First visit and probably the best vet experience I've had with my dog Roxy. Dr. Kitz and her team spent time building trust with Roxy and gave her the most gentle examination. We transferred from a practice with many veterinarians on staff, and over the years not a single one invested time in building trust with her. For a nervous dog like Roxy, the effort by Dr. Kitz and her team made a world of difference in her experience. She was less nervous then I've ever seen her and by the end of the visit she was settled in well. We look forward to having her cared for by such a wonderful team.

I am a senior with disabilities on a fixed income. The entire staff was very kind and understanding of my limitations. They doted on my 14 year old doxie girl like she was theirs. If you want sincerity kindness and compassion this is where you should go!!!

Best staff and Dr Kitz is wonderful! This is an edit 1 year after my first review. I am awed by the level of care and compassion Dr Kitz and her staff have for their patients. My dog was very ill and they checked every single day, sometimes multiple times. One Saturday my dog needed different meds and some special food, one of the staff (I'm looking at you Kim <3 ) came to my house and brought food and meds...even gave him his first dose. My good boy is now on the road to a full recovery and I can't thank Dr Kitz enough. She and her staff went above and beyond! One to 5 stars?? They get ALL the stars!!
