Otto's Pretty Paws has to be one of the BEST grooming salons I've been to in my life! It's definitely the BEST salon in this area! I've lived in many different cities & been in many grooming salons in my day, so I believe I'm right when I say Otto's is the BEST grooming salon in the area. All the employees as well as the owner are sweet, professional, very gentle w my pet & every pet I've seen them come in contact with. The salon, the lobby, the boarding area, even their bathroom (I had to use it once) is very clean, well lit & organized. I will continue to fully trust them w my pets & continue to recommend them to anyone asking where to take their "Fur Baby" in need of a groom, just their nails cut/trimmed, or boarded for 1 night, 2 weeks or more

The groomers at Lisa's transformed our little Woody from a scruffy stray to a cute pup, despite him being super shy from having recently been brought in from the cold and wet of a stray's life. Woody loved the attention, and I REALLY appreciated the extra care given to help Woody have a positive grooming experience. We will be back for sure!
