It's like the anti-planet fitness tbh. It's old school dumbbells (2lb-150lbs), barbells Hammer Strength machines, high resistance bands. No long expensive contracts. No trainers but it's filled with guys that have been doing I for years and usually have no problem with a spot, exercise form questions or program advice. Like it was mentioned already if you're there to really workout then it's the best in town.
