The bread is good, WHEN ITS ACTUALLY THERE. When we went, all the display cases were empty, and the employees are incompetent. They didn't seem really worried about refilling it despite the store being filled with customers. The people who work there obviously didn't get trained, as when we ordered drinks (because they didn't have any bread), they messed up our order the first time, and when we actually got the thing we ordered, it was a lukewarm, watery disaster. Doesn't even taste like tea... It tasted like something a middle schooler would make with a YouTube recipe. They seriously need to get smarter employees who care and train them, because when they have their stuff together, it's good.

Wasn’t impressed with any of the pastries or breads I left with. Ordered a mocha and returned in twice, don’t think they knew what they were doing.

I have been a fan since the bay but when I came to try out this location I was surprised that their baked items don’t taste as good. They offer a variety of coffees and teas and those are good. Would I say they’re the best bakery in Stockton? No, which is its surprising to see so much hype around it but then again Stockton doesn’t really have anything like this. If you want to try really great baked items I would suggest driving to Dublin to try Kee Wah Bakery. Would I suggest this place? For a quick baked good like their cheese tarts heck yes! Other than that l wouldn’t recommend.
