Have lived here for 6 months now and honestly it was one of the best decisions I made. I relocated here for work and spent around 20 hours of doing research for which Atlanta neighborhood to live in and Kirkwood has been fantastic. Chris Sullivan the property manager has not only delivered on every promise but has exceeded my expectations. The property itself is extremely well maintained and any maintenance request has been resolved within 24 hours. There are no security issues like many other places and the neighborhood is very family friendly and safe. I cannot recommend this complex enough.
