After reading the reviews I was nervous about the management staff. However, moving in was easy and stress free. Management called back fast, answered questions, and worked with my schedule as I move from a couple hours away. When I got to my apartment I was thrilled with the condition and cleanliness. The dog park had been great for my dog. It is small but the perfect size for a apartment in Buckhead and there is a park right next door for her. So far, I would recommend this place.

I have been at Alexan for almost a year and have had a great experience. The location is ideal, and the property staff do a wonderful job. Jillian, Christine, and the front office crew are always a pleasure to work with. Additionally, LyPondra, Antonio, and the maintenance group are always on top of their stuff! On the rare occasion that an appliance is down or something needs repair, they are prompt, polite, and do a great job. Great place to live!

** READ BEFORE SIGNING** Me and my roommate decided to take a tour of the Alexan for a July move in. The display room looked great and the amenities looked appealing. DO NOT LET THAT FOOL YOU! We were presented with an offer of 2 weeks free rent if we decided to sign.. 24 hrs later (ready to sign) they revoke the deal and claimed there was never a 2 week free rent promo. Guys, the location is great but please read the reviews. This place is a MONEY PIT. Management was unprofessional and showed no sense of caring for future residents
