Denied my application and claim they’re not able to tell me why. Didn’t even receive an adverse action letter. Never been turned down from an apartment. Scam and they must be trying to get money with this “special” going on.

I have had a terrible experience living at Sorelle. We were told at the beginning of our lease that the new management was going to make many improvements to the building. None of these happened. On top of that the building is dangerous as someone was shot and killed a few doors down from my apartment. The leasing staff is also incompetent and the least helpful I’ve ever dealt with. If you need a place to live, please consider anywhere but here. Tricon (building management) is nothing but a bunch of scammers.

I lived at Sorelle for four years from 2018 to 2022. In that time, I’ve had an all-round positive experience as a resident and can’t speak more highly of the management and staff there. First of all, in my experience, the apartments are clean, modern, spacious, and allow plenty of natural light. I had a one bed unit on the third floor. It had a spacious kitchen/living room, sizeable bathroom with his/her sinks, and a great balcony area that overlooked the interior social courtyard – it was my favourite part of the apartment. The complex facilities are excellent. I used the gym daily; it is well-equipped and always clean and tidy. While I never took part, there are fitness classes midweek. The swimming pool is beautiful and is a relaxing place to hang out, though it would be great if it opened a little earlier in the year (available from Memorial weekend). There is also a large social courtyard in the interior of the complex with grills for cooking out. I used this space regularly, as it was a safe and secure place for my dog to exercise, play and explore and a quiet place to hang out most of the time. There’s also a very nice “meet and greet” area beside the pool, with pool tables, table soccer, TV, kitchen facilities etc that are always available. The parking lot is, generally speaking, secure (though it’s Buckhead, so you obviously don’t leave your car unlocked), and there is plenty of space all the time. The immediate surrounding area is fine most of the time. Again, it’s Buckhead, so you obviously gotta watch yourself around the MARTA station, Piedmont Road, etc. I took MARTA every day from Lindbergh and never had a problem, but good to keep your head up. The walkable vicinity of Sorelle is safe and pretty quiet most of the time One of the biggest perks of the immediate Sorelle neighbourhood is the Peachtree Creek trails. These opened up last year, and they are incredible. The trail is constantly being refurbished, and it is great for jogging, walking dogs, etc. Can’t say enough good things about that specific addition to the area to have on your doorstep. Lastly, a particular mention for the staff at Sorelle. If I was to pick out one of the best things about living there, it would be the guys who work there, from the leasing office to the maintenance. In my experience, they are professional, genuine, friendly people who want to make residents’ experience a positive one, and when things go wrong, they do do their best to resolve problems in a timely manner. At times when I needed something or toward the end of my lease when my circumstances got a bit complicated (I moved out of the country), they were kind and supportive. Special shout outs to Keisha, Taylor, John, Tony, Ronald, and most of all Kahron who is a thoroughly decent guy. If you’re looking for a well-equipped, relatively affordable, and dog-friendly spot specifically in south Buckhead, I would recommend Sorelle.

I did a apartment tour on July 19th with John. It was amazing. He was so sweet and informative. He answered all our questions and give alot information. The property looks really nice and the apartments. I really enjoyed the tour. (the ice cream was a big plus too lol).

Yes, you can pay the rent online. The due date for rent is generally the first of the month unless it’s a public holiday, in that case, it is the next working day. The late payment fee is 10% of the rent.
