If I could give 0 stars, I would! I moved out of this community last September and I have yet to receive my deposit back. I've contacted corporate, called the office numerous of times, and I've gone up there to speak with them in person. Guess what? Still no refund check! Their communication is HORRIBLE! The new Community Manager gave me her number to follow-up if I have any questions and she blocked me lol. I'm confused as to what the issue is but I will be seeking legal action. I'm tired of getting the run around and I want my money!

JANET IS TAKEN THE GLEN PERIMETER DOWN HELL VERY FAST; LOOK AT THE REVIEW HISTORY SINCE SHE HAS BEEN IN AS THE ACTING PROPERTY MANAGER. THE REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES, AND HERE AGAIN, ANOTHER BAD REVIEW. RECQUEL SHOULD PACK HER BAGS AND WALKS OUT THE DOOR WITH JANET CAUSE SHE'S RUDE IN A NICE/NASTY WAY WITH A BAD ATTITUDE. Glen perimeter is an amazing property. Recquel is amazing. Super friendly and very professional. Property is clean and has a great atmosphere. I recommend this place to anyone!

I toured these apartments a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised with the facility and the amenities. I decided to apply and have received NO response on my application and its been 3 weeks. It seems to be a trend with this location and its making me want to reconsider. Which is a shame because I really liked it there. I have emailed and called multiple times and have only spoken to someone ONCE and I couldn’t even understand what she said other than that she will take my name and number down and I will be called back within the day. That was a week ago. Unacceptable!

The closest Marta station is Dunwoody which is about 10 minute walk away. The nearest bus stop is on Hammond Dr which is a 3-5 minute walk.
