I like this place, but don’t understand how is it that the give you the apartment full of roaches, countertops almost falling apart, painted over spiders and pinestraws and bugs, the paint touch up was poor, details on the floor, painting details on the balcony, pest control seems like they’re spraying water, they don’t seem to have enough maintenance people since it took 2 months to take care of our tickets, and besides the apartment I got was “renovated “. I do have to say that Cynthia, Liz, Maria and a Colombian maintenance guy are AMAZING. They’re the people that work hard and make you wanna stay in this place because of the way they help you out with stuff. But they’re all leaving so I don’t really know what’s gonna happen to this apartment complex. The pool is not open on summertime and besides the 24/7 gym is only open on office hours (don’t we have jobs?). A log of opportunity to get better since there’s a lot of potential here. It’s sad. Update: No maintenance people at all. If you call the office your call won’t be answered

Haven’t had warm water in over a month been going to the office countless times and it’s still not getting done . Cant wait till my lease ends

I must tell you that I have lived in these apts since 2015, I have been calling for more than 2 weeks to report 2 water leaks and the bathroom exhaust fan that has been damaged, it seems that the office ignores that problem, the response from the office is that they have no maintenance staff!!!! Please, last Friday, July 29, they told me that they were coming to fix it, today they tell me that story, lousy office and maintenance service

We have had a leak on our ceiling for months now and the rowen has yet to do anything about it. We have called multiple times and put in multiple maintenance requests and every time they say they’ll replace the roof and then nothing happens. We’ve asked to break our lease over this since Georgia law says we would be able to and they refuse to work with us. When we called to let them know about the leak and potential mold they hung up on us. On top of this we have had a roach problem since we moved in and now we have ants as well. Again, we’ve put in multiple maintenance requests for the pest control and nothing has happened. Before this place was bought by the rowen it was incredible, now I can’t recommend anyone come near this place.
