Dennis was very patient, he understood that this move was being executed cross county and that it would need a little more creativity to help us feel confident around choosing this property. Dennis provided a video tour while we were in California, upon arrival he went over and beyond, providing an in person tour of every inch of the grounds. He encouraged us to relax and take our time with reviewing the unit inspection. It’s so important to be in an industry that you enjoy, Dennis offers a wonderful representation of this property and the company and he seems to enjoy what he does. We are grateful. Dennis was very efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. Working with him provided ease especially since I was doing a cross country move. Dennis was also very responsive. Customer services have declined in recent times but this experience overall was great! Highly recommend- Ike Johnson

Relatively new resident who moved in about 3 months ago from another apartment in the city…the comparison between the two was not even close as the experience so far with this one has blown it out the water! Great location being right on the Beltline with very nice amenities. My previous apartment was always trashed and very rarely do I see any trash on the ground anywhere in this community as it’s mostly well kept. Additionally, I feel safe at this apartment and never felt at any moment unsafe otherwise. The biggest thing that surprised me was how caring and communicative the staff here are. They constantly notify residents of issues and how they are immediately addressing them, as well as constantly finding ways to improve the community (they just redid the landscaping as one example). They also try to host many fun events for residents to do and meet others which is always appreciative. When I first moved into my unit, it had an issue where I required maintenance to be involved. They responded with careness, urgency, and transparency and was very appreciative of that. Special thank yous to Corey from maintenance, Sarah, and Jennifer for making my experience so far here exceptional. Definitely recommend Edge on the Beltline for those considering!
