Hands down the best apartment complex we have ever lived in (or even visited). Amazing amenities, beautifully designed apartments, exceptional staff, and kind neighbors are just a few reasons I'd recommend the Lumen Grant Park to anyone looking for a nice and peaceful community to live in in Atlanta. And I know everyone we encounter here would say the same. It also helps to have the Oakland Cemetery right across the street -- a perfect place for a morning walk, and a nice respite from the surrounding city environment. If you're in the market, definitely choose Lumen Grant Park!

I've lived at the Lumen since 2019 and can't say enough good things about the property and people here. A lifelong resident of Atlanta, it's without a doubt my favorite community and neighborhood in town. The apartments are modern and stand out in comparison to other properties in Grant Park (I've toured most of them over the years and the Lumen couldn't be beat) and the amenities are worth every penny (the two-story gym and pool are worth the price alone). Cheka, Nicole and Danyelle in the leasing office are fantastic and really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and at home. I'm forever grateful for how they took care of us and tended to special requests we had during 2020/covid and know that we wouldn't have felt safe anywhere else. The maintenance crew is as good as it gets too - friendly, timely and beyond accommodating. I've lived in multiple units over the years and all of my neighbors have been quiet and responsible (noise not being an issue in an apartment complex in town is very rare). My rescue dogs live their best life, the package delivery system is great and the free draft beer doesn't hurt either. Being able to walk to Little Tart (best coffee in the city), Oakland Cemetery and The Larkin is a huge perk, as well as the proximity to the Dairies and Madison Yards.

3 months to return a security deposit, they will ignore you and return whenever is convenient for them. Beautiful building and amenities, but they evidently have no respect for residents once they have left.
