Alaya has been so great during my apartment search. Although I have not leased an apartment yet, Windsor is at the top of my list! The space is great and the amenities are amazing. Not to mention the convenience of the location!!

I really would like to write a higher review and I think if a few things below were tweaked Windsor at Brookhaven could easily be a 4 or 5 star apartment complex. Let me start with the good: The complex is typically very clean and smells good. Things are typically in good working order (of course occasionally things break) and the mail system is quite nice. The common areas are great and definitely above average. The parking deck is secure and I haven't had any issues (asides from wrongfully being ticketed once). Aside from the complaints before, I would say that everything else is quite good. Complaints: My two largest complaints are price related, and it has nothing to do with rent. First, the pet fee. I have a small cat that causes no damage nor cleanup (especially seeing as the floors are wood). I have to pay a $500 NONREFUNDABLE fee to have the cat, and a further $30 per month, meaning my total for the first year comes to $860 to have a small cat. This is completely unacceptable - I have no quarrels with the pet fee of $30 per month, but to have the $500 be NONREFUNDABLE is unacceptable to me. Further, in regards to the Minol utilities service, you are forced to pay $30 for valet trash per month (on top of $15 for trash/recycle). $45 for trash alone per month is ridiculous (plus admin fee, etc. which brings utilities for trash, water and power to over $200/month for two people who don't use much power and don't leave lights on or run washer/dryer much). Insanity. Overall, I'd probably recommend Windsor, and if they changed even the pet portion I'd consider moving to a 4 star review, but until then these are price gouges on residents that are not that evident at signing.

Moving from another country was such a stressful process, but Atoyia (property manager) made it go smoothly. We did a virtual tour as I wasn’t in the States yet. She always responded so quickly to my questions and I had a ton of them :) I have been living at Windsor for a few weeks now and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone is so nice ! If you need anything Maintenance quickly comes. The property is really clean. Everything is nearby from Costco who I have become bestie with to Marshalls, Nails salon, Spa, Hairdresser, Publix, Bunch of cute restaurants, and the Cinema which is literally 1 minute walk is about to reopen in 2 weeks !! No car needed! Thank you to the whole Windsor at Brookhaven team!! Mirianna
