Do not move here they don’t fix nothing they never pick up the phone and it’s always excuse after excuse I’ve been here three years and it’s a nightmare my Cabinets are falling off the wall I’m starting to get roaches the breezeways are filthy and you can never talk to the property manager…. I know we might be getting subsidize housing but you still deserve to be treated Like humans.. Oh and the shootings out here or terrible…. Oh and they don’t notify you when someone’s coming to your unit to fix a problem they just come six months later saying they have a work order that was placed six months ago…… These are minor things that I been complaining about since I moved here……. Update 6 months later still waiting on my maintenance request nothing is being fixed the smell is horrible. I was promised that a contract worker was coming to fix my maintenance request but unfortunately I’m still waiting …….

This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. It is utterly IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with anyone in the leasing office unless you call the property management company. Everytime I call, the office is "closed" (even at 2:00 in the afternoon), but then send an email telling tenants not to come in the office. We get an email week after week about how we cannot have grills in any part of our apartments, meanwhile I have seven different work orders that I put in when I signed my lease seven months ago. Maintenance has not been to my apartment once. I wish they had same passion to eliminate grills from our complex to fix issues that should have been taken care of BEFORE I moved in. There is always trash everywhere. The gate is broken essentially every other week. I can go on and on. If you are looking for peace of mind in your home and want leasing office staff to do at least the bare minimum, DO NOT LIVE HERE.

First and for most the application process was horrible. I completed a application, sent in necessary documents when I thought everything was great I am asked to keep submitting more information. I was consistently told everything is great and a week later it always felt like day one again. The Rep was always cheerful by tone by also was misleading and for what should have took no more than three to five business days took almost two month with no results or answers. I knew to find something else and am greatly for the choice I made moving on and forward. I felt it wasn’t my destiny to go there.
