I am currently receiving unbelievably horrible service from Jamie Johnson at this location. I work from home and need to record audio content to perform my job duties. Before moving in I asked many times about the sound. I was ensured that the apartments are sound proof. Before moving in there was also a completely empty lot, no materials or anything, just an abandoned lot. I asked many times was there construction about to happen and if there was any information about the lot. I was told by Staff(Donnie) that they could not provide any information on the lot because it was not their property and they had no clue about what is going on there. They assured me I would be able to work from home and that plenty of others do with no complaints. I sign the lease and immediately the next week construction cranes and equipment begins to be dumped into the empty lot and a full blown large scale construction project begins. Now I can not perform my work from home job and the company said they will not waive my lease cancellation fee, they won't relocate me to another unit for the price I pay and they won't lower my rent to allow me to to pay for a co-working space elsewhere. So now I am being forced to pay money to cancel a lease although their lack of transparency is why I am not able to perform my work from home job. I don't want to end my lease but I have no choice because I need to perform my job and this company has no care whatsoever. **TWO LARGE SCALE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS WITH UNBEARABLE NOISE AND ON BOTH SIDES 7AM-6PM DAILY. NOT WORTH THE PRICE TO PUT UP WITH THE NOISE!

Azure On The Park is a BEAUTIFUL community with Amazing Amenities. Although, there are many complexes that offer nice amenities, management is always what sets them apart. In this case, Albert Mathis (leasing manager) was PHENOMENAL. He allowed me to tour different homes, great communication around the clock, and was very informative! Albert stamped Azure being my home of choice! I recommend that if you are in search of a new home, please visit Azure and ask for Albert! You won’t be skeptical or disappointed! Guaranteed!

Just moved to ATL from out of town and cannot say enough good things about the Azure staff. In particular, Albert in leasing was completely honest, advocated for me, and responded swiftly to every question. Now that I've moved in, I'm extremely impressed with every staff member I meet. The staff are who make this apartment building wonderful. Thank you, thank you!!! A few tidbits: dog lovers should seek out this building; I have yet to be in an elevator without an adorable, well-behaved dog. Midtown is bustling lately; worth mentioning that there is construction and nightlife so it's a safe, fun neighborhood (and very safe building), but it can get loud with activity outside the building.

I absolutely love the leasing manger Albert, concierge and everything about Azure on the Park! You cannot go wrong with choosing to live here - you have a prime location, luxury living, amazing amenities and unbeatable customer service. Moving across states is not easy, but Albert made my move feel so much easier and lighter. He truly cares about the tenants and it shows from the moment you inquire about an apartment to signing the lease and beyond. I am happy to be at Azure on the Park and I highly recommend Albert and Azure on the Park.
