I just moved into the dairies, and wanted to wait until I was here to leave a concise review, so I could be completely honest. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. I stayed here for a concert at the eastern last summer, and moved in less than a year later. The studios are small but affordable, with a separate living area; there is a beautiful courtyard, a gorgeous pool, two dog runs, connectivity to the belt line, and the world’s most helpful staff. The kitchens are phenomenal!! The building is large and confusing, but very clean; Ashley, Keara, and Perez have ensured every one of my million questions were answered thoroughly. It does take a while (7 days) for approval so anxious people, apply early for your sanity. The move-in process was in depth but the employees made it so easy to figure out and corrected any issues along the way with full transparency. I love my new home, Brooke has a great team and everyone here made the process smooth and simple for me! Thanks so much!!

As a new apartment renter and new to Atlanta, RT Dairies and Ashely C. helped tremendously with each step in the move-in process. I've had no issues with anything along the way and when I did, Ashely and her team have always assisted anyway possible. Great atmosphere and location around the area.

Management is terrible. Minor maintenance issues take months to resolve. Amenities have time restrictions. The garage gate, key fob system, and elevators break down frequently (management provides little to no communication). 10/10 would not recommend.
