I dread having to call them because you can almost NEVER speak to a live agent unless it’s someone transferring you over to another unit & then you’re on hold for most of the day. I have currently been on hold for 3 hrs & if I don’t speak to anyone today, I’ll have to wait until Monday because they’re not in office on weekends & I work so that’s always hard to be on hold when you have to go in for a shift. Such an unprofessional establishment. They were never like this before the pandemic hit.

This doesn't even deserve one star. We cannot login to file the required employer DOL-4 form for 3rd quarter. We realized this on 10-13-21 and immediately contacted the Field Supervisor, Amy Scarlett, because she helped us before on the same problem. Now she is only e-mailing me directions that don't fit the problem at hand and e-mailed me a number to call which is just a voicemail. The owner gave her a POA to work with me (his accountant) because his wife passed away the day before we contacted Amy. But even then, no call from Amy or anyone that can help. THE RUN AROUND HAS WASTED MORE TIME THAN JUST SOLVING THE PROBLEM!!!!! Even the owner is not getting anywhere. He will get penalized if this form is not filed online by Sunday, October 31st, but we cannot get anyone to help get us logged in. I got one lady on the phone by mistake and she said she could not help me and gave me another number which I ended up with another voicemail and left another begging message. I have e-mailed the commissioner - which is probably a waste of time. The way they run this office is a complete joke. GA Dept of Revenue seems to have their act together but the GA Dept of Labor does not!

If I could give this place a zero I would. They are ZERO help. Don’t waste your time going here. They will do nothing to help you.

Never have received benefits but was approved in JANUARY - they make up all sorts of hoops and requirements to jump through but cant be reached by phone and were closed in person due to Covid for the longest time. The entire system is a joke. Fet up, I actually called the governors office and they called to have someone call me back. I was then given wrong infomation AGAIN. And when I tell them thats not what I was told last time (that I sat on hold for hours or drove the center) I am just told that "sorry you received the wrong information". Every time I speak to someone its always "oh you need to do this" "you'll be paid next week" "you didnt fill out this form". I have sent dozens of emails begging for help. I have been to the career center 5 times and get different answers each time, never actually being assisted or receiving benefits (although I was approved by them in January). A shameful joke of a government agency. I was told "you shouldve found a job by now" and was given jobs over a hour+ away from my home that were hiring that I should apply for...$10hr. Some people cant work that far from home due to time/family/car/etc but i SHOULD have a job by now. SO RUDE

They wouldn't answer the door to be served and never answer the phone.
Online is Jammed cannot get past Prompts. I signed up in March 2021. Not even sure What's My Status. I've received NO CORRESPONDENCE. PERIOD OMG NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONES OR QUESTIONS. Same here. I was approved and received my debit card but still haven't received a deposit, and can't reach anyone Update: an representative finally reached out to me and I was told that the letter just shows what you're eligible for, we're not actually approved yet until they review the case. Once reviewed and approved then they release the funds onto your debit card or direct deposit

Go to your office you selected. There's is no way to contact anyone by phone or email. In-person is the only way
Please look up covid help online. They can help you quicker. I know people who have gotten rent paid up for a year. Go through georgia rental assistance
Go to the department of labor website and go to the email icon. They respond quicker through email.
No, All of the offices are closed
What resetting my pin have to do with getting my employment benefits
Absolutely... They have a list of jobs that hire felons or places that just simply don't do background checks. They also offer for people with felonies to join a program that they have just for that purpose.

Still can't get anyone to the phone. It goes to the automated operator and it hangs up before it's done.
You should gather all of your proof especially any bank statements that can show that the funds were not deposited to you and start the uphill battle from there
I think it's a downloadable form from their website

You might want to check with your employer. I'm owed for 11 weeks and have not received any payment. Not sure what to do.
When I do, it says i dont have to the employer does
They haven't processed your claim just yet but once they send you the information in the mail saying that your claim has been processed you will have to wait on another letter to let you know if you was approved or denied.
Claim your benefits on the date that they give you. NOT BEFORE! After you claim your benefits for one week they will begin to process your claimbut make sure you claim every week. Doing so will get you back pay for the weeks that you claimed. It usually takes about 30 days total.
If your locale. Down load affidavate from website and fax in. Offices are closed because of virus

Most employers grant full-time or PT employees with (2) 15 min breaks and a lunch. Lunch usually happens after being on the clock for a minimum of 4-5 hours. If working less than the minimum time only 1 break is necessary.
Report it to the Department of Labor
Depends on the job example if doing security work you not suppose to leave your post till your relief come so jobs like that is questionable. Other jobs like factory workor stock work etc you should not be threating of being fired at all
Where are my question going, will they be answered
