I was approved and received my debit card but still haven't received a deposit, and can't reach anyone Update: an representative finally reached out to me and I was told that the letter just shows what you're eligible for, we're not actually approved yet until they review the case. Once reviewed and approved then they release the funds onto your debit card or direct deposit

The same thing. I called to this office many times, left a number of voice messages and sent several emails, NO response at all. My UI benefits never been paid even their were approved in 2020. Now is March 2021 still no $, no reply, no info, no contact. I have a feeling that I sending my messages to black hall. They ignoring all calls and messages. Unexcitable!
