Today is 11/10/2021. I filed June 9th 2020. It has been 1 year and 5 months from the day I filed. They sent me a Way2 Go card 5 months ago, although I've provided them my banking info, and Nothing! Everytime I check the balance it's says $0.00 balance. This is a friggin tease. I can't Never reach a live rep. All locations are closed to the public in Atlanta and surrounding areas. Thís is a travesty of justice. All I know is they BETTER give my all my money in arrears. This waiting game is effed up!
