I have been waiting 3 weeks for a eligibility determination cant get anyone on the phone theh dont answer emails I fed before 6/15 and have not received a dime I am about to lose my home any suggestions?

I’ve been waiting since dec 21 they just stopped my pay and haven’t heard anything since can’t even reapply. Already lost everything
