Overall I love living at 131. Great amenities, community events and food truck. The swimming pool and courtyards are beautiful. My Unit has a great view and I love the location (only about 15-20 min stroll to Piedmont Park). The maintenance crew is very polite and helpful. Lastly, the leasing staff is awesome, especially Devon. He is very professional and respectful.

Amazing decor in the leasing office portion of the building! As well as the hallways and outside court areas. It’s just amazing what they did with the place just this year alone. Awesome upgrades and elegant upscale environment. Not to mention amazing around the clock security and fob operated entrances

I moved in June and haven't had any complaints at all! Jane has definitely made us feel welcome and at home. Love the space, building and everyone has been very nice!
