I received excellent assistance from Ja'Von when I couldn't get my phone to work for my rental payment. She was patient, took her time and best of all we got the job done. If I had a choice to give her 5 stars with 5 being the highest, I would give her a 10. Thank you Ja'Von for great customer service!

Dominique B was a great help she was so nice and gave me all the information l needed and more she even was able to set up a follow up time to accommodate my move in date needs. She was able to make me create an idea in how to benefit from the property with the options she provided. I am strongly looking to move here and am glad to have a professional that can help me find my needs in a home.

Pools and gates are basically only usable 5-7% of the year. Summer is in full swing and NONE of the 3 available pools are actually usable (same story last year, our pool wasn’t usable until July and then it closes in early fall). Gates are always broken so consider this an UNGATED community. There was a massive fight that took place outside our apartment building at 2am where non-complex people entered the property, and a girl was pushed and hit. Eventually had to call 911. So beware that there is no security for residences here. Regarding rent payments - when we first moved in, we were asked to create an online account for payments. Then a few months ago, we were asked to use a NEW payment vendor even though all payment reminders and emails were coming from the original vendor - so if you click on the email that says “rent is due” it wouldn’t even take you to the right place. THEN a few months later we find out there are NO ONLINE OPTIONS TO PAY RENT. Team seems completely uninterested - I have stopped by the office twice to drop off a check and the entire office was shut down for lunch. I could even see the team members just standing around the KFC but they refused to let me in so I could drop off my check and told me I had to come back later. Update: to the team member who commented below - I have called the office to discuss this but of course there was no answer. If you want to make our experiences better: - be proactive to have pools available (instead of issuing maintenance orders to fix the water halfway through summer) - create an easy way to pay rent online and don’t keep changing platforms/vendors. Asking residences to issue physical checks in 2022 is absurd - fix the gates, give people the correct gate codes (I’ve been given 4 diff gate codes in my 1.5 years here and none of them work when I actually need it) - train your team. I’ve been accused of being wrong or lying multiple team members. 1. Why would I lie about my gate code not working? Another example - I was charged $600 extra a few months ago and the team members were arguing with me until I started laying out all the math in front of them and then they realized there was a mistake on your end. Check Your records and you’ll see this. 2. Have you heard the term “customer is always right”? - don’t shut down the entire office for lunch. The office is shut on Sundays already. Most of us work M-F so saturdays are the only time we have to enjoy the weekend, spend time with family AND handle rent business. There is absolutely no reason there can’t be a rotation system for lunch so at least one team member is available to help your residences. - fulfill maintenance request in a timely manner. My last request to get a bulb changed was before thanksgiving. It wasn’t fulfilled until March. - Clean the airways, stairs, common areas. The only spaces that get regular cleaning is where you do the tours. The rest of the spaces outside and around our homes are DISGUSTING

So many people smoke here, on their balconies and in their apartments. The no smoking signs are a lie.
