Took our propane tanks to be refilled on a Saturday afternoon. Was told they couldn't do it "because of the storm" despite the fact that it had stopped raining over 2 hours prior. When I pointed this out, they said "sorry that's our policy." I won't be returning as this is ridiculously stupid.

They sell refills by the gallon. You only pay for what they give you, not a flat refill fee like most. You can also do tank replacements.
