Terrible order taking skills couldn't understand NO CHEESE.... then got told we didn't order correctly...then had to pay more when manager clearly seen the mistake on the receipt instead of holding up the line for another 20 min just decided to leave absolutely worst customer service I've had in a long time my total bill was $54 for $25 worth of food

I have to give this specific taco bell credit. I'm a picky eater. I want my food the way I order it and no other way. This taco bell has never made a mistake with my order. Other taco bells screw it up repeatedly, that's why I will go out of my way to only go the the one in North Hobart. Prices are right for what I would expect to pay for a quick lunch and the help is always polite and pleasant. Always reliable to get my order right. Nice job guys, thank you.

Josh and Brandon are 2 crew members who basically run the place after my order was taken wrong and made the promptly fixed the problem I never needed to talked to the manager also offered coupons for the inconvenience and added a free drink. Thanks yall

I understand you get docked if the car is waiting at the drive thru window for a long time and it doesn’t look good on you if they do, but if there is no car behind me, don’t tell me to pull around to the front, effectively pushing my current wait time to a half hour when countless others have gotten my food before me. A little hint for all of you alleged “hard working” employees: Actually doing the work you get paid to do is effective and better for everyone, it gets me out the door quicker, and serves the invisible person in the invisible car behind me much faster and overall, your productivity is top notch so your regional manager can go “hmm, these are some fast workers, time to reward them”. Instead, I hope this review gives the opposite reaction to them, thus losing business and even more, deflecting potential customers.
