UPDATE: Ms. Rosa, I received information stating Erica (office manager) would be contacting me on Friday. It’s Sunday now and that never happened. I do NOT have time and patience for liars. SIDE NOTE: a 6-8 hour wait to speak with someone on your chat - when chat comes with my subscription, is utterly unacceptable. What your office charges and what you actually get are two separate things. Your owner will be notified via the state licensing board and the office of consumer affairs. Took my cat in for the sniffles. Was treated in the “sickie room” with three other dogs in cages in the room. The other dogs were sick, and I was a bit surprised that they put us in the same room with them. Obviously patient privacy isn’t something they think of. Also, never got to see the beautiful lobby or anything else, as I was made to go in and out the back door of the office. If what is not seen isn’t photographed, that’s probably for a reason. I found out, what isn’t seen behind the lobby out of patient sight, was disgusting. Dirty, unkept. While the staff was professional, their actions were a bit lacking of professionalism in a health care setting. Also, no follow up phone calls came from the office after the visit (in the coming days) to check on my cat. Maybe I’m old school, but that shows you care. You just took hundreds of dollars of mine, that’s the least you could do to “show” or at least pretend that you care about your clients. They say they’re doing things differently. Prove it. From what I’ve seen, you’re no better than a low cost animal clinic, just charging triple the amount. While your business model is a good thought, maybe actually try to do things differently. Your follow through is lacking. Your clinic no better than a low cost animal clinic who doesn’t care. You failed. I asked for the office manager to contact me about this, days have gone by with no phone call. This morning, you’re being reported to the Veterinary Medical Board for unethical business practices including patient privacy.
