One of our cats had a major health scare recently. A lot of alarming things that happened all at once that needed immediate and emergency care. MASH was able to take him in after quickly evaluating him. Through the miraculous work of the doctors and medical staff there, our cat made an incredible turnaround and we are so grateful to have him back home with us. He had a combination of a diabetic attack, kidney complications, fluid in the heart/lung area complications, and a UTI. It was a situation that became minute by minute, hour by hour, and day by day care. I won’t deny that the eventual bill was a bit to take in, but is is an emergency hospital with a team that is active 24 hours, 7 days a week. And every single penny was worth it in the end for the miraculous care and turnaround they were able to help make for Panthro. Always treated us and Panthro with love, compassion, respect, and were always able to talk us through details and the care they were giving. We will forever be grateful to the team at MASH. Thank you for the work that you do.

AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! Eileen Wong is one of the dumbest people I've ever had to encounter in my 43 years on this earth and whoever gave her a license to practice medicine should be given a frontal lobotomy. Pair that with the nasty, rude, unhappy, lazy, chip on their shoulders front desk staff and MASH's idiotic policies for the fake scam still being perpetuated on the American people and more specifically people in California and you have a perfect recipe for disaster. Oh, and don't even get me starting on their fraudulent billing scam...

They took care of my dog for the TPLO surgery on her right leg. She did heal well but man, MASH charges extra for every little thing and the surgery was way more expensive than what my other friends were charged (even for those that went to MASH themselves just a year ago). You would think if you’re shelling out $7-$8K for the surgery, that price would at least include a follow up or x-rays. Unfortunately, my dog got a tear on her other leg and needed TPLO surgery again. We found a different spot in the valley that does it for a lot cheaper, was more comprehensive, and definitely made it feel like they cared about our baby more. If I had known about this other hospital in the first place, I would’ve skipped MASH entirely. One difference we did notice is that MASH has you keep your dog overnight at their spot. The other place we took our baby to gave us the green light to take her home just few hours after her surgery. I’m not sure which was more necessary or maybe the recovery time isn’t as long because it’s her 2nd go around with this, but we definitely saw this reflected in the cost difference and my baby seems to be healing smoothly. MASH definitely does the job, but you can find more reasonable spots elsewhere.
