Warby Parker has excellent customer service. I haven’t been to the store but I did order 2 pairs of glasses, separately—and each experience was a good one. On one of the pairs of glasses, I sent in the wrong prescription and they responded within minutes and said they would fix the situation. I love the quick response. The glasses feel a little light…not like my name brand glasses that have a more substantial feel. But the warby parker glasses were a third of the price of my designer eyeglasses. Will be ordering more Warby Parker glasses.

Brought my Warby frames in for an adjustment as the legs were getting loose. The employee who helped me was so short with me and really seemed like he could not be bothered. He heated my glasses and bent them and handed them back to me. He was so impatient and didn't ask me if they fit better or anything. I left because I felt like he wanted me to go away. Now I'm wearing them at home and they're so tight they are giving me a headache. Really disappointed in my experience at this Warby location.

I went there because I had lost a small screw of my eye glasses that keeps the glass in place, making them unusable. I kindly asked if they could fix it (it normally takes 1 minute) They refused arguing that they don’t touch glasses not bought from them. I could not believe it. I am French and have lived in 3 continents in this world : it never happened to me. How come these guys can stay on business with this kind of approach. I went to Lenscrafter nearby, they did it right away, cleaned the glasses plus another pair I had on me. They performed adjustments for both pairs. It took them 5 minutes … and they charged absolutely nothing

my experience was so pleasant today that I had to leave a review! Employees were attentive to what I was looking for, even if I didn’t know quite what it was yet, explained the sizing and styles well, and I found my perfect pair and was out in about15 minutes. Efficient and friendly crew. Definitely recommend. (Plus very stylist lenses)
