This establishment has definitely gone downhill since the change in hand of ownership dogs being yelled at while barking instead of consoled and cared for, dogs with matted hair being told that that’s perfectly fine for their breed of dog to not clean up/ shave down the matted hair. Animal care over aesthetic people!.

Lourdes Maldonado

This place has gone down the toilet since the new owner took over. She cares more about pushing the sale of merchandise than the care of the animals. She doesn't return calls and if you were lucky enough to get hold of her to make an appointment she doesn't show up.

Mike HAWK

New owner does not care about your fur babies and only sees them as income. Where as previous owner treated them as her children and you could feel the love that she brought to dog on fun. Now dog on fun is different. The workers are no longer happy and who could blame them with this horrible management. The staff seems run down and exhausted and owners are never there even when promising to meet you. If you want true dedicated service for you loved creature and not to be treated like a number and just locked in a cage then maybe go somewhere else that is what I am doing.

Under new management by somebody who doesn't know how to run a business or take care of their Employees. Owners do not treat employees with respect and have even degraded them would not want to trust my I want to trust my pets with this place anymore. And owner is never there even when stating they will. And they no longer have the great groomers that they had. It fills me with a heavy heart to see such a great place go downhill under new management.
