The people who serve you are awesome I made a two week advance rental, gave two different types of cars I would like to have considering how high gas is. I was unable to get either one but like I said the service is good I was given an upgrade for the price that I would pay for what I asked for.❤️👣🙏

Worst experience ever. Nobody ever answers the phone, and when they do they hang up. I returned my car last week and they have yet to refund me the $100 security deposit. Called 6 time from 3-4 pm never got through it just rang til it hung up.

Tammy was amazing, she was very friendly, went over everything with me in detail and got me on my way in no time. I highly recommend Enterprise in Covina- ask for Tammy.

They should not have any problems finding one for you.
Yes
You can check through the online reservation system on their website.
Enterprise WILL allow you to rent vehicles to go across the boarder but it must be done at an Enterprise location near San Diego. Those locations have the authority to allow vehicles to cross and have additional insurance requirements. Contact the local Enterprise office and get pricing.
Depends on what type of vehicle, sedan, s.u.v., etc. Call them, pretty decent cars, just make sure the car you rent has been serviced, already in 3rd rental, 1st had little to no oil, 2nd had a problem with the start button and brake pedal not working together to start the vehicle, and 3rd, well, we will see...if you're renting a vehicle through your insurance, you do NOT have to add/buy damage waiver, the rental is covered through your insurance! They will not tell you that, they will say you're not covered etc. and some bs about a 500.00 deductible, if you damage their vehicle blah blah blah, well, do the math, how much is the damage waiver per day@, and how many days are you seeing yourself in that vehicle while your car is getting repaired? I had the rental for my 30 day max on my policy, had I not gone in there to dispute the lie I was told by one of their managers, and had I not gone in to get that damage waiver taken off, do the math people, 16.99 a day for 30 days, hmmm, yeah..
You just have to make a new rental policy
They should be...but be safe and call your local office to be sure before you travel.
Yes it a one way trip dropping off at another office.
Yeah...At ALAMO! This Enterprise
Don't know, make sure you get the insurance. Don't trust them
