CARES is a non profit organization, serving the Seniors in Pasco County for 48 YEARS. The Elfers Center is the heart of the organization, providing Seniors with Adult Day Care, activities and a safe environment to add QUALITY of LIFE. Surrounded by a loving, caring staff of volunteers & certified Caregivers, CARES Elfers Center is a sight to behold. Please visit if you or a loved one would like to interact with great folks their own age.
