**Update*** I have tried to call several days in a row and they will not answer the phone…. DO NOT MOVE OVER HERE!!! Worst parking situation I ever been in. I own two cars and they would only approve one for parking my 2nd one I try to find places to park it n when I park on the steeet I keep getting $45 tickets. I tell the apartment and they do not care. I provide them the registration saying I own both cars and they do not care at all…

My apartment has been caving in for 2 &1/2 years. The apts dont care fire dept doesn't care and neither does the city of Dallas.

never recommended to live in I give them one star because if I could not give them anything I would give them for more than a month and without going to fix the bathroom in the storage room, much less the zing in the kitchen they never fix anything that is disgusting about the apt and the worst thing that they want to collect the pearls of the virgin when they are not worth it sorry for having been here as a tenant the good thing that I already have a new home

The truth is that it is but it is difficult to find apartments in the area that are more acommodated. They do not want to give the proper maintenance because it is better to look for another place, happy afternoon for you and your family. God bless you. I no longer rented another friend. Well, I ask God to touch their hearts to be more conscious in giving good maintenance to the apartments.
