First time going with my kids and grandkids. It was a lot of fun and is great to burn off the extra energy.

Great place to bring your toddler during their toddler hours. Unlike other places there’s no older kids jumping around knocking your toddler over. There’s a good variety of things to do here as well and they have massage chairs here, too.

Get air is one of our favorite places for our kiddos! They are always so polite and clean! We also really enjoy tot time on Tuesday and Thursdays, you should check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

We booked for birthday party event. Its really really a great event. Kids enjoyed a lot. Very clean and nice place. I am very much happy and would like to appreciate host Kelly help. She is very nice, good and helped throughout the event and very active for everything whenever we needed anything. Definitely recommend this place for birthday parties or in general for kids to have fun.

It's over $300 after tax, plus an additional fee if you decide to bring "outside food." Beware, the party rooms are not secure. People's belongings have been taken out of them in the past, and the camera inside didn't capture it. Make sure you leave at least 1 person in the room at all times to watch your stuff, better to be safe than sorry.
It's fun but gets old fast for some kids. I do not recommend any of the yearly memberships. It is expensive and the building can be rented out by other people, and you won't be able to enter. Customer service informed me there is nothing preventing the building from being rented out every weekend.
They rent the building out. I paid for the ultimate yearly membership and still couldn't get in when the building was shown as open online. Customer service told me there was nothing that actually prevents the building from being rented out every weekend. You should call and talk to a person first.
You can not. They used to have water fountains but they've been shut down. They are still there, they just don't work. However you do have the option to purchase water bottles. I imagine the fountains never started working again because they can't sell the water out of them. I asked the staff why they are shut down, thinking it was covid related. The response was kids have been slipping near them, so they were shut down for safety. Keep in mind these water fountains are next to the bathrooms, away from jumpers, with a rubber mat underneath them. Toddlers carrying water bottles + tramploines seems like a questionable safety choice imo. Would you rather your kid slip on a hard floor, or a trampoline? You already signed the waiver if they're jumping. But a fall an injury on a trampoline, caused by a spill that was never cleaned up sounds negligent to me. I recommend you explore legal options if you and your family are put in that unfortunate situation.
3$ a pair but they have some that glow up and I think they are five$
